Down With Flu So I Made My 1st Video!

Last week has not been a good week for me. Been busy with work made me kinda restless and started to join some after work activities, as usual. Too bad I picked up ‘learn to swim’ on Monday, when the weather is still in its monsoon change season (somehow my catalyst for flu or fever over the years). It was a good dip, long hours soaking in the pool, and not learning how to swim exactly, but listening to some good live band from the nearby Waikiki bar. The next day, I started to sniff…great! Just when I’m about to go for my boot camp replacement on the evening!

Hiking At Mount Datuk

This is my 3rd activities with Budget Travelers, where I decided to join for hiking at Mount Datuk, on 30th October, 2010. Mount Datuk is located in Kampung Batang Nyamor, about 21km from Rembau Town and 15km from Tampin Town, in the state of Negeri Sembilan.

“The summit of the mountain consists of huge boulders. Gunung Datuk stands majestically at 880 metres (2,900 feet above sea level) offering trekkers a panoramic view of the surrounding towns atop the boulders, the Strait of Malacca may also be visible clear day. Visitors will be dauntingly challenged by the natural obstacles such as steep passageways, as they traverse the roots, trees, narrow paths and witness the structural changes in the forest along the trail.

Today while browsing my blog and updating dead links, I somehow was stalled by a curious activities that identified itself as Win 7 Internet Security 2012; curious as I never installed anything for the past few weeks, especially in 2012!

2012 – New Hope, New Beginning

It’s been a long, strenuous and windy journey of 2011, and I’m glad I left it with good faith. Hopefully for 2012 all will begins well for me, so I can sit back and enjoy some lovely moments with my faithful readers.

Facebooking Tips – Quick Guide!

Facebooking tips~Tip #1: Hiding feeds & activities. If you don’t want any mutual friends to read what you’ve commented to other’s wall or link, go to your profile and click the small ‘x’ beside your activity feeds. Your activities won’t show up anymore on your profile.

Facebooking tips~Tip #2: Hiding default Family display on profile. By default, all your family and friends will be displayed on your profile. To change the setting, go to Privacy Setting –> Customize Setting, choose Custom Edit, beside Family. Choose your appropriate setting. Then go to View Setting, choose Custom Edit beside See Your Friend List, and do the same.

Updated: Malaysian Alert! “Leptospirosis now a notifiable disease”

Latest updates on Leptospirosis outbreak in Malaysia;

On June 7th, 2011, the river water at the Penang Botanical Garden has been found to be contaminated with the leptospirosis virus.  Timur Laut Environmental Health senior assistant officer Alexander Selvam advised visitors not to bath or play in the river.
Although the area has not been closed to the public,  signboard warnings have already been put up. Read more on this latest news from Bernama here.
